Arrangement for Bad Weather Conditions
Please notice the following arrangement. We are not able to notify all individual participants on the day of event if special arrangement is needed.

If any of the following bad weather warnings in hoisted or issued 2 hours before the commencement of the activity, the activity will be cancelled. |

| Bad Weather Warnings: Tropical cyclone warning signals No. 3 or above, |
| Rainstorm warning signals, red or black, |
| Thunderstorm warning |

If the above bad weather warnings are lowered or cancelled 2 hours before the commencement of the activity or they are only effective until 2 hours before the commencement of the activity, the activity will be carried out as usual. |

If none of the above bad weather warnings is hoisted but the weather conditions are very unstable, please call us at 2674 1190 two hours before the activity to see if the activity can be carried out. |

| If the activity is cancelled as in the condition listed above, reschedule or refund could be arranged. Reschedule could be arranged within one week or all payment paid will be refunded except $200 administration fee. |

No refund or reschedule will be arranged if the activity was cancelled by the organization unilaterally. |

We reserve any right to alter the programme to suit the weather conditions.
